In the first half of this episode, finding inspiration in Danielle Murr’s podcast I’ll Have One of Everything, Jack ponders if he has ADHD. He comes into this episode armed with results from multiple self-assessments, all suggesting he has the attention span of a gnat. On that note, Acc and Jack discuss their reluctance to disclose to their respective doctors ailments, be them physical or mental.
Elsewhere, Jack brings up the recent shootings that happened in Atlanta and Boulder, CO, respectively. Jack loathes that some are calling these acts “a return to normal,” given the easing of COVID-related restrictions across the country. Acc weighs in with his thoughts on gun control, and what attempts – if any – politicians are making to curb future acts.
